Workplace Wellbeing Awareness Calendar

Workplace Wellbeing Awareness Calendar

Awareness days are an easy way to keep staff wellbeing on the agenda all year, not just once. This calendar lists the key mental health and wellbeing awareness days for UK workplaces, with a simple idea for each one.

Where a day follows a fixed rule, we’ve included the 2027 date. Some organisers confirm their dates later in the year, so for those we show when the day usually falls. Always check the organiser’s website before you plan.

How to use this calendar

  • Pick four to six dates that matter to your team rather than trying to mark them all.
  • Plan ahead. Popular dates such as Mental Health Awareness Week, Stress Awareness Day and December fill up quickly.
  • Pair awareness with action. A talk or email is a start, but something staff can experience, like a wellbeing day, makes it real.
  • Always signpost support, such as your Employee Assistance Programme, mental health first aiders and Samaritans (116 123).
