These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of on-site corporate massage services (“Services”) by Corporate Calm Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to corporate clients (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 All bookings must be made by an authorised representative of the Client.
1.2 Bookings are confirmed once written confirmation and/or a signed service agreement has been received from the Client.
1.3 Sessions are scheduled in advance and subject to therapist availability.
1.4 The Client agrees to provide a suitable space on-site that is clean, quiet, and safe for massage delivery.
2.1 Service fees are set out in the proposal or service agreement provided to the Client.
2.2 Invoices will be issued after confirmation of booking or upon completion of Services (as agreed).
2.3 Payment terms are strictly paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will not incur a charge.
3.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3.3 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
3.4 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed in writing.
4.1 All therapists provided are fully qualified, insured, and follow professional codes of conduct.
4.2 We reserve the right to substitute therapists in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the quality of service is maintained.
5.1 The Client must ensure that participants are medically fit to receive massage.
5.2 Participants must complete a brief health consultation form prior to treatment.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or presents a health risk.
5.4 The Client shall provide access to suitable facilities (power, lighting, space, privacy, and washroom access).
6.1 We adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
6.2 The Client must ensure the working environment complies with UK health and safety standards.
6.3 Corporate Calm accepts no liability for accidents or injuries not caused by our negligence.
7.1 All client and participant information is treated as confidential.
7.2 We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
7.3 Participant health information is collected solely for treatment safety and not shared with third parties.
8.1 Corporate Calm holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the Services provided.
8.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9.1 We shall not be held liable for failure to provide Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, strikes, accidents, or extreme weather.
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or sent to Clients directly.
